We decided it was time to give you a quick peak into our Christian Mortgage Team story.  How did we get where we are and what makes us different?

We started as a small family team with Christian values.  But we wanted to do more than just the norm in the lending world.  How could we do better?  We decided we wanted to join a bigger company, so that we could become a direct lender. A direct lender uses their own money, so there’s no middle man when making decisions. It allows you to be faster, often provide lower rates than any old bank can offer, and ultimately… save families money, stress, and time. So we started looking for the right company to join.

United Mortgage Corp is one of the biggest and strongest lenders on Long Island – they had excellent backing, and we decided to approach them with our plan.  They were intrigued to take on a small division like us – and we became a DBA (doing business as) in their company.  So we became United Faith Mortgage, a small, family-based Christian Mortgage Lender – with the power of United Mortgage at our back.

We’ve now been their Christian Mortgage division and had the same people on our team for over a dozen years.  It’s the perfect position for our team to help your family.  We love dealing with challenged credit and unique situations – and when we do need help, we don’t have to go through a bunch of middle men and processes.  Processing and Underwriting is just across the hall.

A small team like us could have never been a direct lender on our own. We’re incredibly thankful to be in the unique and powerful position we are in – a small, familiar team that will remember your name, with the same lending power as the big names.

So if you have been looking for a Christian Mortgage Lender that fits your family… we think we can offer you the best of both worlds.  Because we have the same values your family does – and the passion to get you into the best loan you can possibly get.  That’s why we’re here.

We can’t wait to hear from you!

Best,

Audrey
